Acceptance of website terms

By accessing this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the website, its security, or other users.

No professional relationship from website use

Viewing website content, sending an ordinary email, using the public scheduling widget, or taking part in a discovery call does not by itself establish a nurse-client, clinician-patient, or doctor-patient relationship. Services begin only through Ohr Wellness's applicable eligibility, onboarding, consent, acceptance, and service process.

Website information

Public website content is general educational and wellness information and may not reflect your individual needs. Do not delay or disregard appropriate professional medical care because of information on this website.

RN wellness services and medical services

Amy Harrington's RN wellness services include nursing assessment, wellness education, coaching, health-promotion support, and Wellness Plans within her authorized scope. She does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage disease. Medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, and medical orders, when applicable, are provided only by an appropriately licensed Nurse Practitioner or other qualified medical provider.

Virtual services and state eligibility

Ohr Wellness is a fully virtual practice. Services are offered only where legally permitted. Clients are responsible for accurately reporting the state where they are physically located for virtual services and for notifying Ohr Wellness if that location changes.

Service agreements control

Services, Wellness Plans, packages, memberships, communication boundaries, scheduling, cancellations, refunds, fees, consent requirements, privacy practices, and other practice policies are governed by the agreements and disclosures presented during secure onboarding. If those documents conflict with general website marketing copy, the applicable signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

Billing and insurance

Ohr Wellness may offer self-pay services and may bill insurance for eligible services when applicable. Insurance participation, coverage, reimbursement, deductibles, copayments, and benefit determinations are controlled by the applicable payer, provider credentials, plan terms, and law. Website content is not a guarantee of insurance coverage or payment.

Emergencies

This website, ordinary email, the Practice Better booking widget, and discovery calls are not monitored as emergency services. Call 911 or seek immediate emergency care for urgent or life-threatening concerns.

Third-party services and links

The website links to or embeds third-party services, including Practice Better for scheduling and client portal functions. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy practices, accessibility characteristics, availability, and technical requirements.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Ohr Wellness name, original website text, design elements, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Ohr Wellness LLC. Third-party marks and professional-association marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to applicable permission and terms.

Changes

Ohr Wellness may update these terms as the practice, services, technology, or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
