Ohr Wellness expects many wellness services and memberships to begin as self-pay, while insurance billing may be available for eligible services when applicable.
Self-pay wellness services
Wellness education, coaching, Wellness Plans, memberships, and other services may be offered on a self-pay basis. Before enrollment or scheduled services, clients receive information about the applicable service, fees, payment expectations, and relevant cancellation or refund terms.
Memberships and wellness packages are not health insurance and do not provide emergency or on-demand medical coverage.

Insurance billing may be available for eligible services when the licensed provider, service, payer, credentialing status, jurisdiction, and plan requirements allow.

- Some RN wellness, education, membership, or package services may not be covered benefits
- Medical or advanced-practice services may have different billing rules
- Deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, exclusions, and prior-authorization rules may apply

If you plan to use insurance, Ohr Wellness may request current insurance information and may verify eligibility or benefits when practical. Benefit verification is not a promise that a payer will cover or pay a claim.
If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance for an applicable service, federal law may give you the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
