Care that begins by listening.
Amy Harrington brings a decade of nursing experience, board-certified holistic training, functional medicine nursing specialization, and a whole-person perspective to virtual wellness support.

Hi, I’m Amy.
Over my 10-year journey in nursing, I discovered that true, lasting wellness is about more than simply managing symptoms. It is about understanding the whole picture of who you are and the many factors that shape how you feel.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all protocols. My goal is to listen deeply to your story and work alongside you to explore your lifestyle, environment, history, goals, and other relevant influences on well-being.
At Ohr Wellness, I provide holistic and lifestyle-based nursing assessment, wellness education, coaching, health-promotion support, and individualized Wellness Plans. My RN wellness services do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage medical disease.
While I enjoy supporting individuals across the lifespan, pediatrics holds a special place in my heart. Helping children and families establish healthy foundations through gentle, proactive, and practical wellness strategies is deeply meaningful to me.

Amy's role is nursing assessment, education, coaching, health promotion, and wellness planning - not medical diagnosis or treatment.
When medical evaluation, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, or medical orders are needed, those services are handled by an appropriately licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or other qualified medical provider when available and permitted by law.
Working alongside appropriate medical care.
Ohr Wellness is designed to complement - not replace - primary care, pediatric care, specialty care, or emergency services. The practice's collaborative model includes a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for medical functions that require advanced practice authority.
When laboratory testing is offered, testing is ordered by the licensed NP or another appropriately authorized medical provider in accordance with applicable law. Amy may use laboratory information for nursing education, wellness planning, and collaboration within her authorized scope.
