Ohr Wellness is a virtual practice. Before services begin, we confirm state eligibility, scope, fit, and the appropriate secure onboarding pathway.
Eligibility Check
Ohr Wellness confirms whether the requested service can be provided based on your physical location, professional licensure, collaborating-provider authority, and state law.
Secure Intake
If eligible, complete registration, consent documents, history, and any requested forms securely through Practice Better.
Initial Session
Amy reviews your history, lifestyle, priorities, and wellness goals through a holistic nursing lens. Exact visit length and inclusions are confirmed before booking.
Wellness Plan & Follow-Up
Receive individualized education and a Wellness Plan, then continue with follow-up or membership support if appropriate.
Virtual Care & State Availability
Where you are physically located matters.
Ohr Wellness is a fully virtual practice. Amy holds a New Jersey multistate Registered Professional Nurse license, but that does not automatically make every service available in every state.
State nursing laws, business rules, telehealth requirements, the type of wellness service requested, and any collaborating Nurse Practitioner's authority can affect eligibility. Ohr Wellness confirms availability before establishing services.
At each virtual appointment: be prepared to confirm the state where you are physically located. If your location changes, tell Ohr Wellness before the session.
A state-by-state service-availability review is being completed. Until that review is finalized, scheduling does not guarantee eligibility to receive services.
Before Your First Session
What to have ready.
- Your current location/state for the virtual visit
- Current medications and supplements, if requested through secure intake
- Relevant medical history or records requested through Practice Better
- Your wellness priorities and questions
- Insurance information if you are seeking an eligible insurance-billable service
Keep health information secure.
Do not send detailed medical histories, laboratory reports, medication lists, or medical records through ordinary email. Use Practice Better or another secure method provided by Ohr Wellness.

Wellness support is not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Amy provides RN-level nursing assessment, wellness education, coaching, health promotion, and individualized Wellness Plans. She does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage disease.
When medical evaluation, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, or medical orders are appropriate and available through Ohr Wellness, those functions are provided by an appropriately licensed Nurse Practitioner or other qualified medical provider.
