Our Approach

Thoughtful wellness support, centered on the whole person.

We look broadly, listen carefully, personalize education, and support practical changes that fit real life.

Listen

We begin with your story, goals, concerns, routines, and the context surrounding your wellness journey.

Explore

We consider lifestyle, nutrition, environment, family history, sleep, stress, and other relevant influences.

Personalize

Education and Wellness Plans are shaped around you rather than applied as a generic protocol.

Support

Follow-up, education, coaching, and accountability help turn good ideas into sustainable routines.

Root-cause-oriented thinking without overpromising.

“Root cause” at Ohr Wellness means asking broader questions about the lifestyle, nutritional, environmental, and historical factors connected to well-being. It does not mean that Amy diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or manages disease.

The goal is to help clients become better informed, more engaged, and better supported in the everyday choices that influence wellness.

Our guiding principles

  • Whole-person perspective
  • Individualized education
  • Conservative, practical strategies
  • Respect for each family's values and goals
  • Collaboration with established medical providers
  • Clear RN scope-of-practice boundaries
Collaboration

Your healthcare team still matters.

Wellness support should complement - not compete with - appropriate medical care.

When a concern requires medical diagnosis, medication management, medical orders, emergency assessment, or disease treatment, those functions remain with an appropriately licensed Nurse Practitioner, physician, pediatrician, specialist, or other qualified medical professional.
